1 Appointments
Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or rescheduled, with the full session fee applied.
Health Disclosure:
Clients must inform the Studio of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to treatment. Failure to disclose may result in service refusal without refund.
2. Payments
Pricing:
All service prices are listed on our website or in-studio and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments. Full payment is due at the time of service.
Refunds:
No refunds are offered for completed services.
3. Client Conduct
Respectful Behavior:
Clients must treat staff and other clients with respect. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or misconduct, will result in service termination and potential ban from the Studio without refund.
Hygiene:
Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene. The Studio reserves the right to refuse service if hygiene standards are not met.
Prohibited Items:
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on Studio premises.
